What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 3-5 years of electrical design in solar projects.
Tech-Savvy: Mastery of PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, and electrical construction techniques.
Project Pro: Hands-on experience with C&I and utility-scale solar projects, and deep knowledge of NEC/NESC standards.
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills to collaborate with clients, consultants, and teams.
Problem Solver: Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and budget, while navigating complex challenges.
Team-Oriented: Self-motivated, independent, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
