Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations and maintenance of utility-scale solar farms, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

• Manage and mentor an O&M technician, with plans to expand the team.

• Implement and monitor SCADA systems for performance tracking and troubleshooting.

• Develop and enforce O&M best practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Support future hiring initiatives as the O&M team grows.

• Required Skills:

• Experience managing O&M for utility-scale solar farms.

• Strong leadership skills

  – ability to manage and hire O&M personnel.

• Proficiency in SCADA systems

  for monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Preferred Skills:

• Spanish language skills are a plus due to the regional workforce.

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
