Key Responsibilities:

Conduct transmission and distribution system studies using
PSSE.
Support advanced modeling and analysis using
PSCAD, TARA, and PGM
tools.
Serve as a client-facing engineer, building strong professional relationships.
Collaborate closely with our global team, including team members based in India.
Participate in regular site visits (approximately 10–25% travel).
Meet monthly in-person with leadership.
Take initiative and ownership in a startup setting where your contributions matter.

What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in
PSSE
is required.
Solid experience with
Transmission & Distribution
systems.
Familiarity with
PSCAD, TARA, and PGM
software.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and interface with clients.
