About the Company- We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. This role will primarily focus on commercial and industrial (C&I) solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) installations, with opportunities to work on residential and utility-scale projects as well. Candidates should be comfortable with travel, flexible scheduling, and working in dynamic environments.

About the Role- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems for solar PV and BESS projects ranging from 150kW to 2MW. Work on residential solar installations, with increased demand expected this summer. Assist with upcoming community solar and larger-scale projects (5MW-10MW) as they develop. Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Travel to project sites as needed, with an emphasis on keeping crews home on weekends when possible. Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and company vehicle. Flexibility to work occasional weekends based on project demands (not common but required when needed).

Qualifications- Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience. Experience in solar PV, battery storage, or commercial/industrial electrical work preferred. Ability to travel as needed and adapt to varying project schedules. Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Valid driver’s license (company truck provided).
