Role: Multifamily Construction Project Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

They are seeking a Project Manager to help drive future success and continue their mission of creating vibrant, sustainable communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of project estimation, from conceptual design to final costing, including value engineering

  • Oversee detailed project planning and scheduling to ensure timely and successful delivery

  • Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, including owners, partners, government entities, and internal teams

  • Manage project budgets and provide regular forecasts to ensure projects stay on track financially

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution

  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges, maintaining momentum and staying within budget

  • Facilitate grant applications and securing necessary financial resources

  • Perform regular performance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure high-quality delivery

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of construction experience, with a preference for multi-family and development project management

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or a related field (preferred)

  • Experience with government funding, Section 3 compliance, and WHEDA is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders under pressure

  • Field experience is highly preferred
