Role: Multifamily Construction Project Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of project estimation, from conceptual design to final costing, including value engineering
Oversee detailed project planning and scheduling to ensure timely and successful delivery
Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, including owners, partners, government entities, and internal teams
Manage project budgets and provide regular forecasts to ensure projects stay on track financially
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges, maintaining momentum and staying within budget
Facilitate grant applications and securing necessary financial resources
Perform regular performance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure high-quality delivery

Qualifications:

5-7 years of construction experience, with a preference for multi-family and development project management
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or a related field (preferred)
Experience with government funding, Section 3 compliance, and WHEDA is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders under pressure
Field experience is highly preferred
